Shipping policy

Processing Time

Most items are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a bit longer; we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because items are shipped directly from our network of fulfillment partners, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days within the continental United States, depending on the product and your location. Some items may take longer if they are shipped from an international partner. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. It may take a few days for tracking information to update as the package moves through our fulfillment network.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to their order.

 

Damages

PressPerfect Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at zackmartinn1027@gmail.com to file a claim.
